Open-pit mining with haul trucks and a long ore conveyor

Mining & Metallurgy Automation Spare Parts

From ore handlingto finished metal.

Source automation parts that keep crushers, conveyors, mills, flotation circuits, furnaces and rolling lines available during production and shutdown work.

The plant view

Every production stage creates a different spare-parts problem.

Mining and metallurgy plants combine heavy mechanical equipment, process instrumentation, motor drives, PLC/DCS control and safety systems. The right replacement depends on where the part sits in the process, not only on the brand name.

01

Mine & haul

Mobile equipment, crushers and primary conveyors.

02

Crush & screen

Feeders, screens, conveyors and dust-control systems.

03

Grind & separate

Mills, pumps, flotation and magnetic separation.

04

Smelt & refine

Furnaces, kilns, gas, cooling and process protection.

05

Roll & finish

Drives, tension, thickness and line automation.

Critical rotating equipment

Condition monitoring belongs where failure is expensive.

Mills, gearboxes, compressors, fans, pumps and large motors operate under load, vibration, dust and heat. Sensors, cables and monitoring modules help maintenance teams identify abnormal machine behavior before an unplanned stop.

Vibration

Radial and casing vibration on mills, fans, compressors and motors.

Shaft position

Axial position, speed and phase reference on critical trains.

Temperature

Bearing, winding, gearbox and process-temperature signals.

Protection

Alarm, relay and trip outputs linked to plant control logic.

Crushing, screening and material handling

Crushing, screening and material handling

Conveyor drives, crusher interlocks, pull-cord inputs, belt alignment, remote I/O and motor protection.

Heavy rotating equipment

Heavy rotating equipment

Condition monitoring for mills, gearboxes, pumps, fans and high-power motors operating under shock and dust.

Hot rolling and metal production

Hot rolling and metal production

PLC, DCS, drive, temperature and line-control hardware for furnaces, casting, rolling and finishing.

Where our products fit

Automation hardware around the ore-to-metal path.

Use the equipment function to guide the first search, then confirm the exact installed model.

01 · Material handling

PLC, I/O and drive components

Control conveyors, feeders, crushers, stackers, reclaimers and motor-driven equipment.

02 · Process control

DCS, PLC and communication modules

Collect field signals and coordinate grinding, flotation, water, reagent and furnace systems.

03 · Machinery protection

Sensors, cables and monitoring modules

Monitor vibration, speed, shaft position and temperature on critical rotating equipment.

Shutdown buying guide

Start with the equipment, not just the brand.

A clear RFQ reduces the risk of receiving a technically similar but incompatible replacement.

01

Name the equipment and process stage

For example: SAG mill, primary crusher, flotation pump, furnace cooling or hot-strip mill.

02

Send the complete part number

Include suffix, revision, firmware, rack position, connector and installed system family.

03

Describe the environment

State dust, heat, vibration, washdown, hazardous-area and enclosure requirements.

04

State quantity and shutdown date

Include destination, condition preference, documentation and required delivery date.

Questions before ordering

Practical answers for engineers, contractors and traders.

Are Bently Nevada sensors used in mining plants?

Yes. They can support critical rotating equipment such as mills, compressors, fans, pumps, gearboxes and motors, depending on the approved plant monitoring design.

Can a similar PLC module replace the original?

Not automatically. Confirm the controller family, firmware, I/O type, voltage, communication protocol, rack compatibility and approved configuration.

What should a contractor include in an RFQ?

Send the equipment name, full model number, quantity, installed system, condition preference, destination and shutdown date.

Can discontinued parts still be sourced?

Legacy and discontinued stock may be checked. Any substitute or migration option must be reviewed and approved by the responsible engineering team.
